This policy explains the information processed through the NayaCloud website. A client project can have additional privacy and data handling terms in its own agreement.
When you send a demo request, project brief or planner review request, we receive the name, email address and business or project details you provide. Optional fields can include company, budget, timing, language and package interest. We use these details to review the request and respond.
Submitting a form sends it to our server. We save enquiries in a private Google Cloud Firestore collection before attempting an email notification. The acknowledgement distinguishes a saved request from an accepted email notification. Saving a request does not mean an email was sent or reached an inbox. We do not automatically add enquiry senders to a marketing list.
Please share public business information or approved FAQs for a demo. Leave out passwords, access keys and sensitive customer information. A demo website URL is submitted as part of your brief; the form does not automatically crawl it.
The free planner can save your idea and planning choices in this browser so you can return later. Its saved progress excludes name, email, company and role fields. You can turn progress saving off or clear the saved plan using the planner controls.
Generating and downloading a starting plan does not submit an enquiry. We receive it only if you choose to send the review request. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to read locally saved progress.
The example conversation can be viewed without a microphone. When a live business voice demo is available, starting it requires the displayed consent and your browser microphone permission. Audio and conversation content are processed by ElevenLabs and the AI services configured for that agent.
The separate voice planning tool, when available, uses Google Gemini to process audio and conversation content. Generating a brief from a voice planning session sends the displayed conversation for AI processing. The resulting brief needs your review.
Session transcripts are displayed in browser memory. Stopping ends the connection; leaving or hiding the page triggers cleanup. This does not delete records a provider may retain. Provider retention depends on the configured account and service settings. Review the live session notice before starting, and use the enquiry form if you prefer.

Recorded examples can be played without generating new content. Creating a new voice sample sends the text and selected language to ElevenLabs after you choose the displayed consent. Audio transformations use NayaCloud’s own short example recording. Visual and sound demos send the selected preset to the provider. The public studio does not upload your files or crawl a website.
An essential, signed, HttpOnly cookie identifies your studio browser for 48 hours. It controls access to your generated example and daily usage limits. Our application uses a hashed session identifier, an opaque request ID, action counters and result metadata; it does not put your enquiry details into these records. The displayed result expires after one hour. Request identifiers remain reserved for 48 hours to prevent duplicate generation, and provider retention follows the service’s account settings and terms.
Completed audio can be held in the protected server job store during that hour. Visual output links remain on the server and are delivered through the website. Closing or cancelling a browser request stops its local display or polling; a provider may still complete work already submitted. No provider record deletion or zero-retention guarantee is implied.
Optional Google Analytics loads on the public NayaCloud domain only after you allow analytics. It helps us understand page visits, button interactions and whether enquiry submissions succeed. We send page paths and a limited set of interaction properties, excluding form text, names, email addresses and URL query strings.
Your choice is saved in this browser. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change it. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device, connection and usage information under its own privacy terms. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website.
Google Cloud hosts this website. Hosting and email providers process connection and delivery information needed to operate it. The server uses temporary request counters to limit automated abuse; those counters use salted hashes instead of retaining raw IP addresses in the application limiter.
Our providers may process information outside your country, including outside the UAE. We do not sell personal information. We share information as needed to provide the requested service, operate the website or meet legal obligations.
Private website enquiry records have a 90-day retention period, after which they are scheduled for deletion. Email correspondence and project records may remain in team or provider systems while we respond, manage a project or meet recordkeeping obligations. Voice provider records are subject to the account settings and provider terms described above.
You can ask to access, correct or delete enquiry information by emailing support@nayacloud.com. We will review the request, including any identity checks or legal requirements that apply. Browser storage and cookies can also be cleared through your browser settings.
We update this page when these practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
