2. Multimodal Intent Extraction

Our Fastify webhook service receives the WhatsApp media, transcribes the speech, and routes it to Gemini Flash with strict JSON schema constraints. The model extracts transaction type, contact, SKU matching across 690+ local inventory records, and financial balance.

3. Automated Relational Database Updates

The extracted JSON triggers an automated API call into the underlying ERP backend, instantly adjusting stock levels, updating customer credit ledgers (Khata), and generating an automated PDF WhatsApp receipt in under 400 milliseconds.

4. Automated 3 AM Stock Alerts & Invoicing

At scheduled intervals, the system checks safety stock thresholds across 17 inventory categories and automatically sends proactive WhatsApp summaries to the owner.
