Budget for the decision you need to make
The useful question is what the first version must prove. Does a founder need to test whether people want the idea, whether an AI feature can handle real inputs, or whether several business workflows fit together? Those are different builds with different budgets.
A price comparison becomes useful when the feature list, data, integration work and acceptance checks are comparable. A landing page, a document assistant and a platform with payments and team permissions should not share an assumed development price.
NayaCloud starting prices, with the scope beside them
These are NayaCloud's public starting prices in USD, checked on 7 October 2026. They describe our offers, rather than an average price for every Dubai agency. Your written proposal confirms the feature list, final price and delivery schedule.
| Offer | Starting price | What the first version does |
|---|---|---|
| Launchpad | $995 | One responsive landing page, a clear offer and a working inquiry or waitlist form. |
| AI Sprint | $2,495 | One core AI workflow with a usable web interface, agreed provider integration and source code handoff. |
| Platform | $4,995 | Several agreed workflows, dashboards, roles and connected systems. |
The work that changes an AI MVP quote
A focused assistant using an approved FAQ is a smaller job than an assistant that reads private records, writes into a CRM and takes payments. Describe what the AI can do, what it must ask a human to do, and the systems it touches.
- Data readiness: clean approved documents cost less effort to integrate than scattered files with missing permissions.
- Integrations: a documented API and a test account are different from a custom legacy system.
- User access: public visitors, authenticated customers and internal teams need different permission checks.
- Language: Arabic voice, regional terminology and mixed-language conversations need agreed review examples.
- Actions: showing an answer is simpler than updating a booking, order or financial record.
- Acceptance: define sample inputs, expected behavior, unknown-answer handling and handoff before estimating.
Separate the build price from the monthly running cost
The general MVP offers scope the design, implementation, testing and deployment setup. Hosting, AI usage, external subscriptions and applicable taxes are separate unless the proposal explicitly includes an allowance. Ask who pays each provider and what happens when usage reaches the agreed limit.
A simple planning formula is build fee + hosting + AI usage + external services + ongoing support. AI usage depends on the chosen model, token volume, voice duration and retries. Cloud credits can offset eligible provider bills for a period, but are not a permanent operating budget.
The AI Front Desk Pilot is a specific offer starting at $2,495. Its initial allowance includes 200 web voice minutes and 30 days of managed hosting up to $250 of cloud usage. It should not be assumed to apply to every AI MVP.
When can a one-week AI Sprint make sense?
A target of one working week can fit a single agreed workflow when content, data, access and decisions are ready. It is not a promise to build any AI product in a week. Payments, migrations, complex permissions, native apps and several integrations can change the schedule.
Use the first version to let intended users complete a meaningful task. For a document assistant, that may mean answering approved questions with references and a route to a human. Begin with the smallest version that can test the task, then expand using what users actually do.
Bring a brief that makes the quote useful
Share the intended user, the task, three example inputs, the expected output, existing tools and your budget range. Include anything that must be in the first version and anything that can wait. You can bring an idea without a technical specification; the first discussion can help narrow it.
- Who will use it and what will they be able to finish?
- Which information is ready, and who can approve it?
- Which system must it connect to?
- What would make the pilot worth continuing?
Common questions
- How much does a NayaCloud AI MVP start at?
- The AI Sprint starts at $2,495 USD for one core AI workflow. A validation landing page starts at $995, and the Platform offer starts at $4,995. Your proposal confirms the final scope, price and schedule.
- Are hosting and model usage included in an MVP price?
- They are separate in the general MVP offers unless the written proposal includes an allowance. The AI Front Desk Pilot has a specific initial voice and hosting allowance; that does not apply to every project.
